Elgin Street is really starting to take shape as the curbs are almost completely poured along the entire project length. Join us to envision the new wide sidewalks, which will be ready to welcome pedestrians to their new wider alleys and smooth surface in late December 2019. The pedestrian friendly width of the sidewalks will be a welcome change to Elgin Street, as it won’t matter your pace, Turtle or Hare, you’ll be able to to slip past your neighbour or saunter along enjoying some window shopping.
